Friday Weigh in

Today is Friday Weigh in, and seeing as I’m PMSing I was not looking forward to it. My energy levels have been majorly low, and my hunger has been large. My calories have been stable though, so it wasn’t an unsuccessful week.

January 22 Loss: -4.4 lbs
January 15 Loss: -6 lbs

BMI today: 51.07
BMI last week: 51.75

Total Weight loss: 10.4 lbs

My goal is to be losing around 5 lbs a week, so on average I am meeting that. Thanks for all your support.
