5 things I want to give up this week!
1. Non-whole wheat carbohydrates – I’m going to eat all whole wheat carbs this week!
2. 1 hour of television a day – I’m not going to sit and watch T.V when I could be cleaning, exercising, or something more productive.
3. Emotional Eating – I will not eat when I’m bored, frustrated, or any other overwhelming emotion.
4. Saying “I can’t” – I use this phrase to often, I need to push myself more!
5. Alcohol – no wine, or any other forms of alcohol this week!
