A good start to the week
Just wanted to announce that by mid-day today I am already going down in weight. -.6 lbs since yesterday! I know it's probably just water, but hey...I like to see that! Today I go in to sign up for the gym membership too!
Good for you! I am going to try to stay away from the gym. I owned one for 2 years. Loved the business, but was too stressed out to work out. Not ready for that commitment yet. I am going to try this stuff from home. I know what you mean about the .6 lbs. Hey-every bit helps!
Yeah, I tried to for this past 4 months and did pretty well with home exercise, but I just hit a wall recently and needed the extra boost. And yes, every bit helps!
