opps, I obviously did not eat enough today. Check it out...

Breakfast: Special K cereal & scrambled egg w/ onion - 369

Lunch: Egg Salad Sandwich on whole wheat toast - 424

Dinner: Seafood Salad w/ Catalina dressing - 354

Snack: Coffee and kisses - 95

Got in a 30 minute walk today between rain!
