I really enjoy trying to challenge myself with new recipes and changing up my food options to keep my metabolism going, but while doing that it can be difficult to keep a balance on carbs and calories. Today was one of those days.
Breakfast: Oatmeal & Scrambled Eggs and Whole wheat Toast - 570
Snack: Red Apple w/ Low fat peanut butter, Jelly Beans - 295
Lunch: Egg Salad Sandwich on whole wheat & 1 cup grapes - 445
Dinner: Turkey soft tacos (whole wheat) w/ rice - 680
Total Calories: 1,990
