Today's food

Nothing special about today, just another day trying to beat the hunger!

Breakfast: Whole wheat english muffin w/ low-fat peanut butter; scrambled egg w/ onion & cheese - 439

Snack: 1/2 cup of potato salad- 118

Lunch: Egg Salad Sandwich on whole wheat; no sugar Jell-O w/ fruit; toast - 615

Snack: Jelly beans - 106

Dinner: Chicken burger w/ french fries; potato salad - 692

Total: 1,970

Did do better on the carbs today - amazed at how much fresh fruit has!
