Alright, here's my goal for today at the gym.
1. Yoga - 60 minutes Burn 318 calories accomplished
2. Heavy Cleaning - 15 minutes Burn 159 calories accomplished
3. Rowing machine - 20 minutes Burn 400 calories only did 10 minutes
4. Circuit Training - 15 minutes Burn 282 calories failed - to tired after yoga
DAILY CALORIES BURNED 1159 677
After spinning class last night we will see how much of any of these I can accomplish. I have more faith in myself though after compleating 45 minutes of spinning without walking out. LOL
