I ate like crap today. I feel guilty about that. I am not going to do anything about it today. Those are my 3 statements I am making for today and tomorrow will be a new day. Tomorrow will be the day I do something about the food I ate today.
So, here are my confessions on the food I ate.
- 4 doughnuts
- Scrambled eggs
- Vegetable beef soup
- Granola & yogurt
- Greasy hamburger & fries
No, whole grains, no vegetables, no fruit. I feel like crap by the way because on top of all the food, I drank coffee all day and only 2 glasses of water. I have nothing more to say about all of this, and I know very much that I will make up for the junk and lack of exercises tomorrow.
