Update on my Steps
Totally didn't make it to bed by 10 o'clock last night. 10:45 I finally lay down into bed, and then I commence to roll around for an hour and a half get up twice and then finally fall asleep some time around 1 in the morning. Arg! I did get my 8 cups of water, my cardio, lean protein, and multi vitamin. 4 out of 5 not to bad.
