Wednesday Weigh In

Weight: 278.4

Total Weight Loss: 29.7
I have lost -.6 pounds this week and a total of 29.7 since January 1. This may seem like a very small number to you, but I was by no means watching what I was eating the week prior to starting the meal plan, and when I stepped on the scale on Sunday I was back up to 284. That would be a 5 lb gain if I hadn’t worked as hard as I did the past 2 days. So in my mind I just lost 6.5 lbs in 2 days! Imagine what a full week of this plan is going to do for me!
