NO excuses!
I haven't been to the gym in two days. I could come up with all kinds of reasons and excuses for you and I'm sure you would say they were reasonable. But, for lack of a better excuse I have had little dedication this week. It's like I have PMS again, but time it's Post instead of Pre. So, there's my tiny reasoning for you, besides the late night movie night with my husband, and the reading of incredibly good books, and just to dang tired. Now I have to muster up motivation again - I notice that when I'm not there I have a hard time making it back after 2 days off.
