Total Weight Loss: 37.7
I have lost -3.8 pounds this week and a total of 37.7 pounds since January 1. I’VE MET MY GOAL! I can’t believe how much I’ve lost this week. Most of the week has been filled with stress, fast paced events, and lots of buffet style eating. I’ve managed to get some sort of high cardio activity in most days though, and have really watched what types of foods I was eating. I feel so successful today. I really enjoy meeting these small goals and seeing that scale number go down. Great work this work!!
