Burpee and Advanced Burpee Demonstration
Here's a great demonstration of how to do a burpee. I am struggling with this exercise every time I do it, and it has a lot to do with stiffness in my hip flexors. So, I suggest stretching very well before proceeding. Of course, consult your doctor if you are not a frequent exerciser.
