I’m feeling a little nervous about my weigh in tomorrow. I have kept my calories very low this week except for Monday, and have made it for a walk except for one day so far. So, what am I worried about, right?
I suppose since I’m still not getting in my intense workouts in the mornings I feel like I’m just not going at my fullest. This is true I suppose since I’m still dealing with an ear infection, as well as my monthly friend this week. I am determined not to allow all these factors to get me down though, so I will attempt an afternoon workout tomorrow to really get the calories burning, and we’re planning to go play at the mall and walk around tomorrow too (since it’s going to be raining all day).
