Just got caught up on the biggest loser episode of this week, and I feel so inspired by some of the weight loss that I saw. The next two days I am going to step it up a notch and really make my body loss those 3 lbs and then some!
I really wish I could have a gym membership though, because I could really start working on some serious cardio and muscle building. But, I have to do with what I have. So tomorrow I plan on two workouts, and to have nice balanced meals through the day. Wish me Luck!
