Rowing!

Didn't make the gym tonight. I had more important business to attend to with friends and family. I did make it last night and I felt so good! I did half a mile on the treadmill and then did 15 minutes on the rowing machine. This is my new cardio that I am trying this week. It really worked my body hard and I felt it right away, and then again when I woke up this morning. I will make it tomorrow and get some serious exercise in.

My weight was also down today about -1 lbs. I like that!
