Total Weight Loss: 27.1
I have lost -3.4 pounds this week and a total of 27.1 since January 1. This number is great to me since this is my PMS week, and should have been retaining water a lot more then this, so I must be doing something right. I exercised in some way each day this week, and only managed to get the rowing machine in once. But, it must have given me a boost in its own way.
