Got my Hour in!

It rained all day long....that equals no walk. So, tonight I did 35 minutes on the wii with boxing and tennis, and then 30 minutes of the Biggest Loser workout DVD.

  1. Good Job... I worked out on the treadmill for 35 minutes and did my 50 crunches... so it is better than nothing.
